The Powers That Be

Why you SHOULDN'T mess with this particular senshi...

Shining Dawn: his simplest and most used attack, he uses it in a variety of ways. Speaking the word "Shining...", a flaming, colorful aura envelops him suddenly. Finishing "...Dawn," slender ultraviolet rays surge forth from the field, smashing into anything he wills them to. He is completely mobile while the aura surrounds him, meaning that he can leap high into the air, and have the attack shower down from above, or dash around his opponent, firing from all sides. The rays are moderately powerful, capable of sending opponents reeling, but usually only stun more difficult enemies.

Sunrise Voyage: Stands with his legs slightly spread, and his arms tensed at his sides. He bows his head, and the sun sigil on his forehead begins to glow. His voice is deep and it seems to reverberate through the air, he whispers "Sunrise...". His feet begin to glow with a bright white-hot energy, and it begins to spread upwards, until his whole body seems to be a human-shaped energy form. It begins to expand, becoming a full blinding sphere, spanning about a six foot radius around him. From somewhere inside, his voice finishes the mantra: "...Voyage." It blasts upwards at an impossible speed, instantly whisking him, and anyone in the vicinity of the sphere anywhere he desires, so long as he has been there before. The downside to this is that it almost completely drains his power, and anyone with him is rendered unconscious for a short time.

Transformation

Zack has no transformation item as most other Sailor Senshi do; when he gets ready to change, the sun sigil appears on his forehead, and he shouts "Hyperion Titan Power, Suit Up!" Light explodes from his sigil upwards, and shines down. The beams of light glide all over him from his head down, leaving behind his armor in their wake. He spins once, and stands tall with his right arm held in front of him, fingers outstreched.
